From Cold to Hot
Trailblazer HP air cooled chiller with heat pump absorbs heat from the ambient air and transfers it to a water loop, providing a reliable and efficient source of heating.
- Heat from the ambient air passes through the evaporator coils and is absorbed by the refrigerant
- Refrigerant vapor temperature and pressure are increased in the compressor
- Hot, high-pressure refrigerant vapor rejects heat into the water loop via the condenser
- Refrigerant moves through an expansion valve, lowering the temperature and pressure
- Refrigerant returns to the evaporator coil to absorb more heat
